CANCELLATION/ RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Should you wish to return your goods for a refund, exchange or credit note, this is simple, please follow our returns policy:

  1. Please contact us at: contact@myfashiontribu.com within 14 days of receiving your order to advise us that you are returning your item(s) – please state your order reference number
  2. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unworn, unused and with the original packaging/ box. We will not be able to make a refund for goods, which have been worn or damaged after receipt.
  3. Please send us back the goods including your order reference number.
  4. We offer Free returns for an exchange (we offer one free exchange for every item if stock is available excluding sale items and international delivery). For exchange, you need to email us at contact@myfashiontribu.com within 14 days of receipt and confirm your exchange and new item. We will then issue you with a free label for returned goods. There is no charge to exchange items for a different size or item, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item.
  5. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returning an item for full refundYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item for refund (unless the item is faulty).
  6. We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery (Royal Post or reputable courier delivery companies), keeping the receipt safely until you have received credit for the returned item(s). We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Until the goods are physically received by us, customers are liable for any losses incurred whilst returning the goods.
  7. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow us 10 working days.
  8. In the rare event that a product is faulty, please email us at: contact@myfashiontribu.com, we will refund your postage costs and process with a replacement. Please note that we are not able in any circumstances to refund return postage costs if you have not contacted us in advance. Please note that faulty goods must be reported to us within 30 days of date of purchase. Refunds can take up to 28 days depending on faulty goods or issues.
